Five deities surrounded by a myriad of their devotees.
Those are adaptive gods, with flexible meanings, subjected to your own experience, beliefs and thoughts.
They could be representations of either pagans or classical monotheistic myths. They could be symbols of abstract concepts, or a mere, waxy looking bas-relief. It is up to you.
Here is my own interpretation of it (From Top/Left to Bottom/Right):
- The Everflowing Deity of creativity and arts. This nebulous being would be the representation of the gesamtkunstwerk. His devotees falling and struggling, supporting each other in the common effort of the zeitgeist,
- The Thick Goddess of unbridled pleasure and non-canonical beauty. A soft orgy of intertwining curves, softness and inclusiveness.
- The Uncomfortable God of boomers and inertia. His devotees struggled through a long existence of brainless work to own their little share of private space, and they are certainly not willing to share it with others.
- The Motherly Deity of unconditional love and cuddles. She's just a cute old lady really...
- The Brutalist God of wholesome masculinity. His devotees are strong men, supporting each other through sadness, anxiety and anger.
